Anne Hathaway’s 2026 hot streak is nothing short of outstanding! It started out rough with A24’s Mother Mary, but ever since Devil Wears Prada 2 came out, it’s been anything but cold. The legacy sequel to her hit 2006 comedy was a breath of fresh air, and starring in Christopher Nolan’s latest epic also proved to be a fantastic effort from her. This week, she has the sci-fi thriller, The End of Oak Street, but before that’s officially released, the new trailer dropped for ANOTHER movie she has coming this year in Verity. A twisted erotic thriller based on the popular Colleen Hoover novel, “Verity” looks to be a shocking film that sees Hathaway playing the titular character, a disabled author playing sick mind games on Dakota Johnson’s Lowen. It looks sick, sexy, and above all, a thrilling time. Hoover’s movies have been hit or missed, but from the looks of it here, I’m hoping Verity puts her back on track.
