“Primetime” is an upcoming A24 film starring Robert Pattinson as Chris Hansen, chronicling the origins of the To Catch a Predator TV franchise, set for a September 2026 release, with a world premiere at the Venice Film Festival. Directed by Lance Oppenheim, the psychological crime thriller also features Merritt Wever, Skyler Gisondo, and Anna Faris and explores Hansen’s rise to fame confronting child predators in sting operations.
